2. Who can and cannot contribute to candidates?
Foreign nationals who are illegal cannot contribute to a candidate. Only citizens and green card holders can contribute.
3. What are straw donors?
4. The NYC Votes program including Voter Registration, Early Voting, and Absentee Ballots.
5. Brief description on what is Ranked Choice Voting, the new voting process that will start in 2021.
