As part of our political coverage for the upcoming 2021 Citywide Elections, LittleAfrica BronxNews has launched our Meet The Candidate video interview series. We will interview candidates for city council in all Bronx districts. We will also interview candidates for citywide positions including Mayor, Comptroller, and Public Advocate.

Our Meet The Candidate series will interview candidates about their background, their community involvement, and why they decided to run for public office.

We believe it is critical that the general public and registered voters learn about the candidates running to represent them in The Bronx and citywide, especially with the implementation of Ranked Choice Voting in next year’s primary. We are also working with stakeholders throughout the city to educate voters about Ranked Choice Voting.
