A jury has reached a partial verdict in the high-profile case of Sean “Diddy” Combs, finding him guilty on two counts related to transportation for prostitution. However, he was acquitted of the three most serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking.

The trial, which lasted nearly seven weeks, featured dramatic testimonies and intense scrutiny of Combs’ past conduct. Prosecutors alleged a pattern of abuse and exploitation, while the defense argued that the charges were exaggerated and lacked sufficient evidence.

Despite the guilty verdicts on the lesser charges, Combs avoided convictions that could have carried decades in prison. Each of the two charges for which he was found guilty carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

Combs, who has been in custody since his arrest in late 2024, appeared emotional in court and briefly thanked the jury after the decision was read. Sentencing has yet to be scheduled, but legal experts say the outcome significantly reduces the likelihood of a lengthy prison term.
